  • If I don’t quite get it right with my Christmas gift, can it be exchanged?
    Yes! Before Christmas you have an extended right to return or exchange: On November 15 we extended our right to return-policy, meaning that until January 31, 2018, we will accept returns and offer exchanges on orders placed up to and including December 22, 2017. Our standard exchange policy of 30 days will apply for orders placed from December 24.
  • Can you gift-wrap my order?
    Certainly. We’ll make sure it’s beautifully presented for you. We are also happy to include a hand-written note; to request one, simply send us an email (including your personalized message, if you have one in mind). Please also remember to provide us with separate billing and delivery addresses so that the recipient receives their watch without a receipt.  
  • A watch is a rather generous gift, which is why we would like to give one as a group. Is that an option?
    Of course! We’ll set up an account, through which we can accept payments from friends, family or colleagues for your order. When all the contributions come together and the total is reached, you will receive an overview of the payments along with the invoice—and the lucky recipient a beautifully gift-wrapped package. 
  • Is it possible for me to give part of a watch as a gift?
    Yes, our NOMOS cheques are available for exactly this reason. We offer fixed amounts, but of course you are also free to choose a value.
  • Is my order shipped securely, safe from damage?
    Naturally. We will package your order carefully so that everything arrives safely.
  • Will my watch really arrive in time for Christmas?
    We’re always quick as long as your watch is in stock. Between December 18 and 22, we’ll send your order by express delivery—at no extra cost to you, of course.
  • And what if my watch isn’t currently available?
    Unfortunately there is a longer delivery period for some of our watch models. You can find delivery information right next to the corresponding watch model, just above the ‘Add to cart’ icon. Give us a call or send us an email, we’re happy to offer advice and to help find an alternative—such a different watch that suits you better or a NOMOS cheque for your desired model.
  • Do you offer telephone assistance?
    Of course. Our Christmas customer service team is always happy to hear from you; simply give us a call and we’ll help you with your gift shopping.
