1. Modes of payment

We offer the following modes of payment:

Germany
PayPal, credit card, Sofortüberweisung and wire transfer.

European union
PayPal, credit card and wire transfer. In Austria also Sofortüberweisung.

Other countries
PayPal, credit card and wire transfer.


2. Ordering procedure, conclusion of the contract

You can order by telephone, by fax, or from our online shop. Our offer is binding. With your order,  you accept our offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded with your dispatch of your order to us. You will receive the order confirmation by email, fax, or mail.

You can view the content of your “shopping cart” at any time without obligation by clicking the button [cart]. Your can remove products from the shopping cart by clicking the graphic [delete item] or change the ordered number of the article by clicking [change quantity]. If you want to buy the products in your shopping cart, click the button [Continue to next step] on the page “Cart”.
In the further course of the ordering procedure, you set up an optional customer account, submit your ordering data, and choose the desired form of shipment and payment. In the final step, under “Please check your order,” you will have an overview of your ordering data and can check all these data and change them under [modify]. Mistakes in data entry can be corrected by navigating backward in the browser or by interrupting the ordering process and starting again from the beginning.
To complete your purchase, you must accept the General Business Conditions and press the button [Buy now]. This sends us your order.

We deliver with no shipping charges.

European Union
We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

We deliver with no shipping charges.

Other countries
We deliver to Australia, Canada, Israel, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and United States

We deliver with no shipping charges.

You receive the articles with customs duties and tax already paid. That means: the prices quoted on the product pages include value-added tax, customs duties, and all other price components of the respective product. German VAT does not apply and therefore we do not offer refunds.
