We cover the shipping for all returned orders. You may use the courier of your choice—we’ll reimburse you for the postage.
Returning an order from abroad

A practical option (for returns within Germany only): order a DHL return label online
When returning your order within Germany, you can order a return label from DHL and have it sent to your email address. You can then simply attach it to the package and hand it in at your local post office. You will also receive a tracking number.
